As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be working with both the front and back ends of websites/applications. You will provide a complete, end-to-end service for demanding web projects.
With us, you’ll not be alone working in these cutting-edge technologies. You’ll be among a cross-functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors, from fintech and marketplace to AI and Io T.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you’ll be:

• Able to collaborate on any phase of the development flow, namely, Database queries, Back-End, Front-End, and Dev Ops;
• Responsible for writing Unit and Integration Tests for BE and FE Code;
• Requirement gathering and project planning rituals.

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of experience with Web Application Development;
• Professional experience in working with Java Script frameworks, such as Angular, React.js or Vue.js;
• Experience with traditional Databases, namely Mongo DB and Postgre SQL;
• Experience writing “single-threaded” Node.js applications;
• Some experience with modern CSS Frameworks such as Tailwinds CSS;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

The Extra Experience We’d Love to See:

• Experience with writing Python or GO applications;
• Experience working with major cloud vendors such as GCP and AWS.

• A technical challenge to solve at home with a deadline of five days;
• A one-and-a-half-hour technical interview to talk about your skills and experience;
• A final one-hour interview to make sure we’re the right fit for you, and you’re the right fit for us.
