Main Responsabilities: - Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance interventions across the company’s different brands; - Guaranteeing well-maintained and optimized supplies; - High standard enforcement, optimization, and development; - Monitor, supervise, and find market suppliers; - Participate in recruitment, selection, and training of the department’s new hires; - Optimization of the team structure, turnover, and motivation; - Provide support and input to new and upcoming projects; - Inventory control and optimization; Requirements: - Good communication; - High-quality and cost-conscious management; - Dynamic and solution-focused approach; - Genuine positivity and motivational skills; - Experience in maintenance and leadership; - Must speak English and Portuguese, other languages are a plus.
