Key Responsabilities:

• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance interventions across the company’s different brands;
• Guaranteeing well-maintained and optimized supplies;
• High standard enforcement, optimization, and development;
• Monitor, supervise, and find market suppliers;
• Participate in recruitment, selection, and training of the department’s new hires;
• Optimization of the team structure, turnover, and motivation;
• Provide support and input to new and upcoming projects;
• Inventory control and optimization;

Requirements:

• Good communication;
• High-quality and cost-conscious management;
• Dynamic and solution-focused approach;
• Genuine positivity and motivational skills;
• Experience in maintenance and leadership;
• Must speak English and Portuguese, other languages are a plus.
