Start date: 25.11
Work in our modern office in Lisbon City Center - Entrecampos Station!
Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 24:00 (5days/week & 8hours/day) - rotational shifts!
We don’t need any experience, we offer training!

Our client Viaplay Group is a Nordic entertainment brand offering streaming for movies, series, live sports, and exclusive original productions.
With a strong presence in Europe and the Nordics, Viaplay gives subscribers access to top content and partnerships with global studios.
✅ Daily activities:

Guide Norwegian speaking users through account setup, sign-ins, and resolving login issues
Troubleshoot streaming and playback issues for top-quality viewing
Assist with device support, app compatibility, installation, and setup
Help with managing subscriptions, updating payment methods, and billing adjustments

✅ Competitive salary and compensation system:

1250€ gross x 12 month – base salary
208€ / Month– Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
€7 / day net (approximately €154 / month) – Meal allowance -in the form of a food card that can be used in supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants

✅ What do we offer?

Start date: 25.11
Full time fixed term employment contract (1st for 12 months with possibility o prolongation)
Private health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)
Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 24:00 (5days/week & 8hours/day) - rotational shifts!
22 days paid vacation per year

✅ What we expect from you:

You speak Norwegian (at least C2)
You speak English (at least B2)
We don’t need any experience, we offer paid (10 days) training!

✅ For candidates from abroad additionally:

Airline ticket- refund after signing the contract
Airport pickup and administrative support for your integration in Portugal
