• Facilitates the coordination between the involved parties and ensures clarifications to their inquiries.

• Secures the completion of the processes in the appropriate timing.

Profile:

• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• + 1 years of Banking Operations or other relevant experience.
• Strong capacity to comprehend, articulate and facilitate change.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Driven to team work.
• Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week).
