YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an analytical and solutions driven Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving business. The Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery model of e-commerce, which is central to meeting customer expectations for service quality and reliability.

THE JOURNEY

• Daily Operations Management: oversee the daily flow of orders and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and last mile delivery operations; monitor operational metrics.
• Fleet Management: implement and optimize strategies for Shoppers acquisition and retention, using a data-sensitive approach to make informed decisions and enhance our operations.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, service quality and reduce costs.; track and report key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement in the operation.
• Customer centric: ensure that the operations team delivers a high level of service; have a keen eye for detail and to resolve operational issues.
• Compliance: ensure all operations follow legal regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 3+ years of previous relevant experience in logistics, last-mile delivery services, or related field in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and freelance workforces.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities to optimize operational processes.
• Customer-oriented with a strong operational drive and hands-on attitude.

Ownership, Organization and Reliability.

• Excellent communication & written skills in Portuguese and English.
