Your Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Deliver professional technical support for a range of tech products.
• Assist customers with software installation and device synchronization.
• Offer expert advice and assistance during product purchases.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented with a keen interest in technology.

Training: All new hires undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to prepare you for success. The training includes:

• Integration into the support team.
• Hands-on experience with our software systems.
• Extensive product training on our offerings and services.
• Practical insights into customer relationship management and phone-based support.

Work Conditions:

• On site (Oriente, Lisbon)
• from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Part time or full time position!
