German Speaking Technical Support Specialist | Fully Remote in Portugal!

From business productivity suites to device management and communication platforms, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role offers full remote work across Portugal, a competitive salary, and a generous €3,000 bonus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support and guidance to business clients and partner companies in both German and English.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries to resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with IT administrators, managers, and other technical staff to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Share valuable insights and feedback with internal teams to help improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Minimum of one year of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Familiarity with business software suites, communication platforms, and device management tools.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00.
- Consistent 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. No weekends required.
- Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere in Portugal.
- Attractive bonus: €3,000 (50% upon contract signing, 50% after 6 months).
