German Speaking Technical Support Specialist | Fully Remote in Portugal!

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for troubleshooting? Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you’ll support business clients and partners with industry-leading software and hardware solutions. From business productivity suites to device management and communication platforms, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role offers full remote work across Portugal, a competitive salary, and a generous €3,000 bonus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding technical support and guidance to business clients and partner companies in both German and English.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries to resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT administrators, managers, and other technical staff to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Share valuable insights and feedback with internal teams to help improve processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in technical support or system administration.
  • Familiarity with business software suites, communication platforms, and device management tools.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00.
  • Consistent 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. No weekends required.
