German Speaking Technical Support Specialist | Fully Remote in Portugal!

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for troubleshooting? Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you’ll support business clients and partners with industry-leading software and hardware solutions. From business productivity suites to device management and communication platforms, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role offers full remote work across Portugal, a competitive salary, and a generous €3,000 bonus.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding technical support and guidance to business clients and partner companies in both German and English.
Manage inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries to resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with IT administrators, managers, and other technical staff to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Share valuable insights and feedback with internal teams to help improve processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in technical support or system administration.
Familiarity with business software suites, communication platforms, and device management tools.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00.
Consistent 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. No weekends required.
