We are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our remote team in the north Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers!
✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 1010€ gross x 14 months (it's 1178€ gross x 12 months!)- base salary
• up to 140€ gross performance bonus (x12 months)
• 20€ transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement)
• 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card

Total, average yearly salary: 14756€ - 16436€
