Job Opportunity: Customer Support for Beauty Project (Dutch Speaker)
Location: Porto, Portugal
Salary: €1,298.11 x 14 payments per year + €2,500 Loyalty Bonus
Are you passionate about beauty and cosmetics? Do you have excellent communication skills in Dutch? Join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our Beauty Project in Porto!
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via live chat, phone, emails, web forms, or social media (1:1 communication).
• Manage consumer requests related to information and complaints.
• Deliver excellent solutions and service to our customers.
• Offer professional, precise, and timely product and beauty advice.
• Provide e-commerce advice regarding returns, deliveries, or refunds.
• Assist with care advice related to products, product alternatives, and specifics.
• Maintain the database, addressing questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, and data breaches.
• Register health-related condition reports (HRC).

Requirements:

• Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Experience or interest in cosmetics is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma.
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
