What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• As a Customer Service Representative for this project, you will provide reassuring, warm, friendly, and personal customer service to customers over the phone in Italian. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing and resolving their issues effectively.

• Provide B2C customer support for private customers, handling inbound calls.
• Assist customers with device issues, subscription problems, billing inquiries, and more.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by being empathetic, understanding, and helpful.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience in Customer Support
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

Recruitment process
