What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Consulting and support for users (small and medium size companies)
• Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat
• Handling questions about advertising, technical errors, questions about pixels and catalogues

Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales

• Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
• B2/C1 level in English
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
