What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, social media, and phone) to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships.
• Problem Solving: Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, offering effective solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
• Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on our products/services, enabling you to guide customers and address their needs confidently.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve products and services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features, policies, and customer care best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Tech Enthusiast: A curiosity for the latest technologies.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
• Empathetic Approach: Understanding customer needs is key.
