Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent in Lisbon, Portugal - Fully Paid Relocation Package

Customer Service with Dutch Language and English !
Responsibilities: As part of your daily activities, you will:
  • Provide support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media on Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and use of Marketing tools.
Qualifications:
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support.
  • Must hold an EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
  • Italian Language Native or minimum C1.
