Your Role

Kuehne+Nagel operates a Document Management System called KN Docs to enable the business and functional units to store documents, manage workflows, and distribute documents of all kinds in a well-governed and audit-proof way. It is based on a 3rd party product that we customize to our needs and integrate into the system landscape. As the Product Lead (m/f/d), you will lead the KN Docs product team and shape the future vision of Document Management at Kuehne+Nagel.

Your Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy of KN Docs, ensure product deliveries are on time, and oversee the operations of KN Docs;
• Have disciplinary responsibility for the product team members;
• Create and prioritize the product backlog and ensure product metrics;
• Develop a release plan and product roadmap and ensure that everyone involved has a common understanding of both;
• Be responsible for the implementation strategy: architecture, quality, sustainability, and maintainability;
• Be responsible for all economic and financial decision-making while developing a release or version of the product.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Around 5 years of product management experience;
• Experience in leading a team in an agile development methodology as well as working effectively across multiple internal, globally distributed stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) per FDA 21 CFR part 11.10 and GAMP 5 (preferred);
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
