About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Project Associate in our Global Projects team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, are keen on enhancing operational efficiencies, and excel in cross-functional team collaboration.
Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure adherence to timelines and project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate efforts and maintain communication across departments.
• Process Optimisation: Contribute to the refinement of project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Customer Service CRM support.
• Internal Operational Support: Assist local markets with daily requests and gather information from operational challenges, providing support and solutions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field from FEP or similar academic institution
• Entry-level position; prior internship or experience in project management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Project.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
