Property Manager - Ando Living

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and control a segment of our premium properties.
· Follow the company standards and engage with clients to create long-term customer loyalty.
· Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cleaning team, suppliers, fellow regional team members and upper management team.
· Communicating with guests and reporting to back-office.
· Coordinate repairs, both routine and emergency, to ensure the property is in good condition,
· Reporting every need to the maintenance department or external suppliers.
· Be the point of contact and the support of the cleaning team within the portfolio under management
· Maintain records of leases, correspondence, contracts, and maintenance activities.
· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance with lease agreements.
Requirements:
· Tourism/ Hotel Management academic background is a plus.
· Previous experience in the hospitality field is an advantage, particularly in premium hospitality.
· Previous experience managing properties is desirable.
· Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese & English.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, clients & colleagues.
· Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges.
· Strong attention to detail with high quality standards.
· Organization and stress management.
