Sidel is looking for a Quality Product Support who will be focused on CCF (conveyors and cap feeder) and AQFlex (bottles accumulation system). The resource will be part of the Quality & Continuous Improvement Team and will be based in Santa Maria Da Feira. Being part of this team is a great opportunity to work close to Sidel's products and to customers by working on both new equipment and on the installed base (I.e. improvements, evolutions, support of the services activities). Issue resolution and methodical follow up of issues is also one essential part of Quality Product Support.

Your Mission

• Participate to the Contact Center Ticketing System and provide solution and support to our external customers as well as to our Field Service Engineer on CCF and AQFLEX equipments.
• Secure and manage Non-Conformity and warranty cost on the SINCRO tool.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis methodology on issues on CCF and AQFLEX equipment, driving data collection and preventive/corrective actions while interacting with the other departments and stakeholders of the process (Enginnering, Production, Field Service Engineer, etc)
• Provide any preliminary solution to internal and external customers.
• Follow up of the actions required to solve and close the Contact Center Ticketing System.
• Execute automation RCA following issue resolution process, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions

Your Profile

• Master or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent
• Fluent level of English is a must
• Ability to manage and satisfy customer requests
• Problem Solving attitude
• Leadership during internal and external meetings (regions, customers)
• Application of Root Cause analysis methodology for issue resolution
• Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.)
• Focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
