The work market is now evolving and going fully remote however unless your direct family is part of management, most companies still require a good work experience of 1-2 years work experience to give you a job even though you have the know-how. We want to give you a chance to be ahead of the game through our internship opportunity.
We are a group of companies based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Portugal. We specialize in self-development, digital marketing, and online courses.
We are looking for talented individuals who are willing to be part of something bigger and create an amazing event experience for young europeans. Take a remote internship for the duration of

• 12 weeks
• 2 hours min - 5 hours max per day
• 3-4 days per week

The Positions We Are Looking For
Event Director :
As the Event Director/Coordinator, you'll be at the helm of creating an unforgettable experience for participants from all walks of life. Your strategic planning, attention to detail, and leadership skills will drive the success of this transformative event. If you're a visionary with a knack for orchestrating complex projects, join us in shaping a life-changing gathering.
Program Manager:
Calling all creative minds and personal development enthusiasts! As the Program Manager, you'll curate a diverse and engaging lineup of workshops, talks, and interactive sessions that will empower attendees to maximize their potential. Your ability to identify and collaborate with motivational speakers and experts will be instrumental in crafting a program that sparks growth and transformation.
Partnership Manager:
Ensuring that the IRIS ecosystem secures the right partners for their short term and long term projects by leveraging social media skills building, online events, gathering and all the other channels you can come up with.
Marketing and Promotion Specialist:
Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for spreading empowerment? Join us as the Marketing and Promotion Specialist, where you'll craft compelling narratives to attract European youth to this life-altering event. Your strategic approach to social media, content creation, and audience engagement will drive excitement and participation.
Registration and Ticketing Coordinator:
Detail-oriented? Customer-focused? Join us as the Registration and Ticketing Coordinator to manage the attendee experience from start to finish. Your organizational skills will shine as you set up the registration system, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth ticketing process for both live and virtual attendees.
Sponsorship Manager:
If you're a skilled negotiator and relationship builder, this role is your canvas. As the Sponsorship and Financing Manager, you'll connect with potential sponsors and secure the financial backing necessary to bring our vision to life. Join us in making an impact by forging meaningful partnerships aligned with our mission.
Volunteer Coordinator:
Do you thrive on building teams and creating a positive atmosphere? The Volunteer Coordinator role is your chance to manage a group of dedicated individuals who will contribute to the event's success. Your people skills and organization will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
Catering and Hospitality Manager:
Food and hospitality are integral to any event experience. If you're a culinary enthusiast and a master of guest satisfaction, step into the role of Catering and Hospitality Manager. Your attention to dietary needs and dedication to delivering top-notch hospitality will leave a lasting impression on attendees.
Audio/Visual Technician:
Bring our event to life with seamless audio and visual experiences. If you're technically savvy and detail-oriented, join us as the Audio/Visual Technician. Your expertise will ensure that every participant, whether in-person or online, enjoys a dynamic and inspiring event.
