What exactly will be your responsibilities?
Incident Triage: Assess and prioritize incoming incidents reported by end-users or identified through system monitoring.
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and diagnose the underlying causes of incidents by analyzing system logs, error messages, and relevant data. Identify the root cause of the issue and propose appropriate solutions or workarounds.
Incident Resolution: Take necessary actions to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. This may involve applying system configurations, executing fixes, implementing patches, or coordinating with other teams or vendors for assistance.
Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document incident details, solutions, and workarounds in a knowledge base or incident management system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate future incident handling and knowledge sharing within the support team and with end-users.

What will make you successful in this position?
At least 4 years’ experience in SAP Planning and Manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of the SAP Planning and Manufacturing (PP-PI) processes and integration with other modules of SAP, namely: EWM QM, IM, and PM.
Hands on experience dealing with SAP interfaces. It will be a plus, experience with SAP Planning interfaces such as IBP, APO or Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Hands on experience in the key SAP functionalities Planning and Manufacturing, ideally in pharma environment, including SAP configuration, specification and testing.

What will be your mission?
You will be working with The SAP Planning support analyses environment. This includes triage and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation to ensure the smooth functioning of the SAP system. It can also help on defined project activities (ex. Configuration, functional specifications, Testing, among others).
