Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive executive assistant to provide high-level support to the COO within the Corporate and Investment Banking perimeter.
His/her main responsibilities are:

• Manage the relationship between a manager and the teams (dissemination of information...);
• Carry out the typical assistant missions (management of complex agendas; Organization of travel; etc.);
• Management and administrative follow-up of teams;
• Manage budget and purchasing processes (order management, invoicing, contracts, etc.);
• Draft and format various media (communications, meeting notes, presentations);
• Support and involvement with teams on various subjects;
• Logistical aspects;
• Budget monitoring / contract monitoring / invoice validation;
• Events

Qualifications

• Excel (budget tracking and reporting - simple formulas, sorting, filtering);
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365;
• Appetence for digital and collaborative tools;
• Fluent in French and a very good level of English (madatory);
• Reliability and rigors;
• High description;
• High organizational skills;
• Versatility;
• Ability to work in a team and remotely;
• Good interpersonal skills.

Tomorrow, you attend a conference led by influential speakers in your industry and, the day after, you will work from home, benefitting from some focus time to complete that report and soft skills course on Linked In Learning. Once you are done with your work for the day, strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session.
