Senior Mobile Quality Assurance (Banking)

In the Open Banking Team, you will be part of a team of experts, their sole mission is to ensure that our Banking services are running smoothly and solving real life problems. The Open Banking team will kick-start our Open Banking journey - As part of this team you are expected to solve problems with sustainable solutions and with scalability in mind.
You will:
- Work closely with Business Analyst and Engineers validating assumptions and testing user flows.
- Participate in requirements gathering and understand business objectives for new features and system changes.
- Work towards a launch of a new product which will generate new verticals to the company.
- Test features according to Acceptance Criteria and overall Sprint goals.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, performance, security, and usability.
- Execute manual and automated test cases using various testing tools and methodologies.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze test results, recommend solutions, and track bug fixes to closure.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Advocate for quality over quantity in every single feature delivered.
- Be the first line of defense when it comes to bug reporting.
What we need:
- At least 2 years of experience in the payment or ecommerce domain is mandatory experience for the role to have..
- At least 7 years of experience in software test is mandatory experience for the role to have.
- Proficient in Appium, Espresso, XCTest is mandatory skill for the role to have.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and testing processes (for example ISTQB) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
- Experience with source control systems and deployment processes (for example Git Lab CI/CD) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
- Knowledge of Network Debugging (Charles Proxy, Wireshark) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
- Knowledge of Performance Testing (Firebase Performance, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
- Knowledge of Cloud Testing (Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm, Browser, Stack) is a Bonus skill, not mandatory
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills.
- An ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results.
