YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech roles across our teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality process from start to finish.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations.
• Guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have a completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles.
• You understand various roles and can easily distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas.
• You bring solid experience in stakeholder management.
• You have previous experience working with High Volume Recruitment Positions (E.g. Customer Service would be a Plus).
• You’re eager to develop further, enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters, and are excited to learn from specialists across various areas.
• You are proactive and a strong communicator, enjoy working in an international environment and feel equally at home in English.
