Was Du bei uns machst:

• Du betreust einen internationalen Privat- und Firmenkundenkreis individuell und selbstständig
• Du beantwortest komplexe Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen zu Mieten auf dem gesamten Sixt-Globus per E-Mail und Brief auf Deutsch und Englisch kompetent und serviceorientiert
• Du kümmerst Dich nachhaltig um die Steigerung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und treibst die Kundenbindung aktiv voran

Was Du mitbringst:

• Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und arbeitest selbständig, lösungs- und serviceorientiert
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent, belastbar und äußerst zuverlässig
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team
• Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
