YOUR ROLE


We are looking for motivated developers with experience in Service Now to join our teams in Lisbon.


In this role you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and customizing Service Now applications and modules;
  
• Create workflows, scripts, and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements;
  
• Extend and modify existing Service Now modules to add new features or improve current capabilities;
  
• Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates;
  

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years experience in development with Service Now products;
  

• Experience with scripting languages, web services and databases;
  
• Knowledge of Service Now projects and workflows at all stages of the project;
  
• Work with teams of functional and technical consultants by gathering requirements and designing Service Now;
  
• Relevant certifications are a plus;
