Software Developer (Ar Gis, Lisbon) (Insurance Sector)

YOUR ROLE

• Analyze business needs and propose technical solutions to answer the need (both for projects and BAU)
• In case of issues: investigate, propose workaround (if possible) and implement /test corrections
• Participate in the operational committee with GRM team members
• Develop, test, deploy and document the implemented solutions, with respect with AGO guidelines (Dev Ops, CI/CD + security guidelines)
• Ensure maintenance of application already lives
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams for new implementation definition
• Support users

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficient in Java, Java Script, Python.
• Experience with geoanalytics, Arc Gis, and large datasets.
• Strong in security, architecture design, and cloud frameworks (Azure).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and Agile/Dev Ops methodologies.
• SQL and algorithmic expertise.
