• carry out the entire onboarding process for new employees
• be the owner of a differentiating employee life-cycle process, ensuring a positive experience
• execute the annual performance evaluation process
• execute the career management process
• execute the process of in-person and e-learning training
• perform administrative tasks related to the role

For that, you must:

• have previous experience in this role

• orientation towards results
• ability to communicate in English
