The Tax Planning & Governance department is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring guidelines and processes that ensure the appropriate tax treatment of operations by the EDP Group's operational and financial areas, contributing to the efficient management of the inherent tax burden through the use of the legally available tax regimes applicable in each jurisdiction and intends to recruit for the Tax Portugal area.

What you will do:

• Tax litigation management;
• Drafting procedural documents within the scope of administrative tax litigation;
• Processing the information and documentation required to manage tax litigation;
• Preparation of management reports associated with monitoring tax litigation;
• Pre-litigation tax advice;
• Tax risk assessment in the context of tax litigation;
• Liaison with the AT and external lawyers.

What are we looking for:

• Master's degree in Law, with solid knowledge of Taxation;
• 2 to 5 years' professional experience in tax consultancy, preferably in an international consultancy firm or law firm, in the area of taxation;
• Good analytical skills, critical sense and autonomy in carrying out tasks.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial information;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Proficiency in Office, with knowledge of SAP being valued;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong motivation to carry out operational tasks.
