The Job:
- • Advice and support for corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies on
- Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English;
- Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies;
- Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams;
- The subject of the technical inquiries is, among other things, related to software such as Intune, Teams, Sharepoint or Office 365, as well as system administration. Basic knowledge of some of these topics, as well as experience in technical support or system administration is required for this position.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- B2/C1 level in English
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- 1 year of technical support experience or as system administrator - MANDATORY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- EU Passport or PT Residency Card - MANDATORY
