One Day Tours Portugal is recruiting a Tour Guide Trainee (m/f) to join the company located in the Lisbon region.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Be able to learn about history and culture of Portugal;
- Transfer the knowledge of training to the clients;
- Be able to do guided tours after intern training;
- Interact with clients professionally at all times;
- Accompany, in the first phase, the most experienced guides on the tours and then start doing autonomously;
- Use navigation technology to find and follow optimal routes and have the knowledge to reroute to avoid traffic incidents and maintain their delivery schedule;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Good knowledge in English and Spanish (preferential);
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Be able to deal with pressure;
- Good learn abilities;
- Flexibility to adapt to different customers;
- Interest of Tourism area;
- Familiarity with the local area;
