Tour Guide Trainee (m/f)

One Day Tours Portugal is recruiting a Tour Guide Trainee (m/f) to join the company located in the Lisbon region.
Responsibilities:

Be able to learn about history and culture of Portugal;
Transfer the knowledge of training to the clients;
Be able to do guided tours after intern training;
Interact with clients professionally at all times;
Accompany, in the first phase, the most experienced guides on the tours and then start doing autonomously;
Use navigation technology to find and follow optimal routes and have the knowledge to reroute to avoid traffic incidents and maintain their delivery schedule;

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license;
Good knowledge in English and Spanish (preferential);
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Good communication skills;
Be able to deal with pressure;
Good learn abilities;
Flexibility to adapt to different customers;
Interest of Tourism area;
Familiarity with the local area;
