- Prepares payroll operation activities including pay delivery, time and attendance, payroll accounting and tax reporting to provide efficient payroll operations.
- Makes and monitors the disbursement of payroll, processing of all pay data, maintenance of payroll records, control and compliance activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll activities.
- Responds to complex questions from employees and the payroll team to give clarity on payroll related issues.
- Is the point of contact of payroll system provider in case of new payroll settings
- Supports the project of Time and Attendance and Payroll systems change in the 4 countries under scope of responsibilities.
- Develops procedures and supervises the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
- Seasoned professional contributor.
- May manage small projects or processes.
- Has advanced knowledge of payroll.
- Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
- Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
