Company Overview:
A leading Facility Management company in Qatar is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, and provide strategic support to the finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health and efficiency of the company, providing insights that support management decisions, and aligning financial practices with the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
o Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
o Conduct budget forecasting, expense analysis, and financial planning.
o Manage cash flow, ensure liquidity, and optimize working capital.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
o Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes.
o Ensure timely invoicing, payment collections, and vendor payments.
o Conduct regular audits to verify account balances, prevent discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
3.Compliance & Audit
oEnsure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and other financial legal requirements.
oCoordinate with auditors to conduct annual audits, including preparing necessary financial documents and reports.
4.Cost Control & Analysis
oMonitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for improvement.
oProvide cost-benefit analysis for new projects, contracts, and operational changes.
oTrack expenses and find opportunities for cost savings to improve profitability.
5.Payroll Management
oSupervise payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
oEnsure compliance with Qatar’s labor laws and tax obligations.
6.Team Leadership
oLead, mentor, and manage a team of junior accountants and finance staff.
oEnsure team members adhere to accounting principles and company policies.
oFacilitate training and development to build a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the facility management industry.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial policies

• Skills:

oProficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Quick Books).
oAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets.
oStrong communication and leadership skills.

• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
