s a Hotel Accounts Manager or Finance Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the financial stability and success of the hotel. You will be responsible for managing the hotel’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also oversee the hotel’s accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
DUTIES

• Forecast/budget business for future months/years.
• Assist all departments heads by reviewing and monitoring expenditure in each department.
• Process monthly financial statements and report on these to the General Manager and Director of Finance.
• Verify payroll transactions before finalization of processing.
• Manage creditors and ensure they are paid timeously, taking into account settlement discounts and applicable rebates are collected.
• Oversee all Debtors are collected, where required and to assist with problem solving.
• Review and authorize all payments to suppliers in accordance with cash flow availability.

REQUIREMENTS
1- Total working experience not less than 7 years (preferably around 10 years of experience),
2- Working experience in hotels industry should not be less than 3 years, and the most recent position should be in the same industry,
3- Currently occupies either an accounting manager or a higher occupational role for a reputed hotel (at operator level) / hotels owning company, in Qatar or in the Gulf region.
4- Excellent English language skills, and preferably an Arabic language native (should be able to read documents in Arabic language as well),
