Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor financial plans and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
