Job Responsibilities:
Waiter/Waitress:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning tables.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.

Kitchen Helper:

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Ensure that kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.
• Help with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen surfaces.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility with working hours (including weekends and holidays).
• For Kitchen Helper position, basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
