Waiter/Waitress:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure that kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized and stored.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen surfaces.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility with working hours (including weekends and holidays).
- For Kitchen Helper position, basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
