We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSE Officer to oversee and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of health and safety among our workforce. As an integral member of our team, you will help drive improvements in safety practices, minimize risks, and enhance environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns, implement corrective actions, and enhance operational safety.
• Deliver HSE training programs and awareness sessions to promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, generating reports and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve the organization's HSE programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the [insert industry].
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Proficiency in managing risk assessment processes and administering HSE procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Certification in HSE (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) is required.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and a transferrable visa with NOC

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
