Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location.
• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures.
• Performs post-incident investigations and communicate with the team and client and others until all action items have been closed.
• Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement.
• Completed required safety/environmental training. intermediate level positions perform more complex duties requiring some skills and judgment. Some decision making may be made independently; may work under supervision.
• Prepare and submit all Project HSE related Documents like -JSA, HIP, ERP and others
• Provide an advisory service to all levels of employees on matters pertaining to HSE
• Review corrective action with recommendations to eliminate or minimize incident causes.
• Conduct all the required safety courses to the employees
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, investigate and study their cause and recommend corrective measure to make sure the strict compliance.
• Inspection of All site Materials, Equipment’s and devices and make sure all of them calibrated and has valid certificates before leave from CNS yard.
• Initiate disciplinary action against the unsafe worker and violators of safety rules and procedure.
• To ensure that the workers understand the details of the work, any potential hazards and precautions to be taken.
• Maintained MSDS of chemicals and other substances hazardous to health, which may lead to unsafe working conditions and environment.
• Provide the workers with the knowledge and recognized hazards and perform their jobs/activities safely and effectively.
• Conduct safety orientation/trainings of newly hired employees

Skill Set:

• Candidates with valid QID and transferrable visa required.
• Immediate joiners required.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry is must.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Qatar is a must.
