Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on sales applications and leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Qatar.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
