We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drafting Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the drafting team to ensure effective workflow and project completion.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee drafting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Review and approve all drafting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Identify drafting inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Train team members to enhance their drafting skills and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure effective communication on projects.
• Maintain organized records of all drafting work, including drawings and correspondence.
• Generate performance and project status reports for management.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in drafting, with at least of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid Qatar ID is a mandatory requirement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
