Drafting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drafting Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the drafting team to ensure effective workflow and project completion.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee drafting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Review and approve all drafting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Identify drafting inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.
- Train team members to enhance their drafting skills and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure effective communication on projects.
- Maintain organized records of all drafting work, including drawings and correspondence.
- Generate performance and project status reports for management.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in drafting, with at least of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Valid Qatar ID is a mandatory requirement.
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

- Drafting (Supervising): 5 years (Required)
