We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and preferences and provide architectural solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations using (3ds Max, Revit, Google Sketch-up, Archi CAD, Photoshop. etc.).
- Ensure design compliance with local regulations (MMUP Qatar) and the budget requirements.
- Collaborate with architectural engineering team and other departments to integrate systems into cohesive designs.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
- Min. 4 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and other architectural design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of MMUP regulations and local building codes in Qatar.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, working directly with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
