We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and preferences and provide architectural solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations using (3ds Max, Revit, Google Sketch-up, Archi CAD, Photoshop. etc.).
• Ensure design compliance with local regulations (MMUP Qatar) and the budget requirements.
• Collaborate with architectural engineering team and other departments to integrate systems into cohesive designs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• Min. 4 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and other architectural design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MMUP regulations and local building codes in Qatar.
• Proven experience in a consultancy environment, working directly with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
• Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
