We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize Auto CAD software to create precise and detailed shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce comprehensive interior detailing drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for both residential and other projects.
• Interpret rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers and architects to produce detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with architectural engineering team and other departments to understand design intent and translate it into accurate drawings.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from project teams.
• Conduct site visits along with site supervisor to monitor renovation, construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and project requirements.
• Take measurements and gather data on-site to verify that construction aligns with approved drawings.
• Communicate with site personnel to address any discrepancies between design documents and actual construction.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that all drawings are aligned with the overall project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in drafting, interior design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman.
• Ability to handle site-related projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
• Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid Qatar ID is a mandatory requirement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
