Job Description:

• Shop Drawing and As built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
• Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
• Prepare ELECTRICAL LAYOUT, LIGHTING LAYOUT
• Develop comprehensive construction documents.
• Schedules for IFC Drawings and Shop Drawings.
• Review IFC, Contract related drawings and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with building standards and codes.
• Visit sites to assess conditions and gather measurements.
• Verify and updating drawings as per comments.

Minimum Experience Required:

• Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred
• 3- 7 years experience & 5+ years of minimum Qatar experience
• Knowledge in Architectural/Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.
• General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry & competition
• Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must
