Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with expertise in fit-out projects for a short-term assignment. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing drawings and extracting the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for an ongoing project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify architectural drawings and fit-out plans.
- Identify and quantify materials, fixtures, and equipment required for the project.
- Prepare an accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on the provided drawings.
- Ensure that the drawings and BOQ align with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any discrepancies in the drawings or BOQ.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and construction methods related to fit-outs.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within the given timeframe.
