Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with expertise in fit-out projects for a short-term assignment. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing drawings and extracting the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for an ongoing project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify architectural drawings and fit-out plans.
• Identify and quantify materials, fixtures, and equipment required for the project.
• Prepare an accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on the provided drawings.
• Ensure that the drawings and BOQ align with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any discrepancies in the drawings or BOQ.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman with a focus on fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and construction methods related to fit-outs.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within the given timeframe.
