OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in the field, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to prospective clients and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their value.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified time frame.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
• Monitor the competition, market conditions, and product development.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit activity and sales reports, including call reports, daily planners, and territory analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6000 QR total package (outdoor sales experience of 02 years is must)
• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in outdoor/field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
