SENIOR MEP ENGINEER
A Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer in a company that adopts the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) model plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring that the MEP aspects are executed in alignment with the project's overall goals. Their responsibilities encompass a broad range of technical, managerial, and coordination duties, as outlined below:
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Engineering Oversight
2. Procurement Support
3. Construction Management and Supervision
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
5. Cost and Schedule Management
6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
7. Commissioning and Handover - Oversee the commissioning process for all MEP systems, ensuring they are tested and fully operational before project handover.
Ensure all MEP documentation, including operation manuals, warranties, and maintenance schedules are handed over to the client at project completion.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Experience - proven track record in managing large scale projects, high rise building (like 5-7 star hotels), with experience in both contracting & Consulting roles.
2. Technical Proficiency - familiarity with relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, BIM software) for design, drafting and project management.
3. Strong understanding of International standards and local Qatari regulations, including municipality approval processes.
4. Fluent in English and Arabic is a Must
5. Bachelor`s degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant subject (minimum). Chartered through a relevant and appropriate institution. Grade A
6. Qatar UPDA / MMUP as A Grade (Mandatory)
7. Civil Defense Certification from Qatar Civil Defense
8. Duration: 3 months
9. Immediate joiner
10. Salary : Qr 13,000 - 15,000 full package
