CYBER SECURITY SENIOR TECHNICIAN FOR OIL & GAS CLIENT, Qatar
FULL TIME & CONTRACT

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Comp TIA Security+, CEH, or GIAC are preferred.
- Proven experience in cyber security technician roles, with a focus on implementation and maintenance of security controls.
- Strong technical skills in cyber security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus software, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
- Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security technician roles, with demonstrated progression to senior responsibilities.
- Experience working in industrial or plant environments is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed
Contract length: 60 months
