Operate UF and RO systems for TSE polishing, ensuring consistent water quality output
Monitor and adjust process parameters in real-time to optimize system efficiency and operational decisions
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform preventive maintenance on UF and RO systems, including membrane cleaning and replacement
Conduct regular integrity tests on membranes and address any issues promptly
Troubleshoot complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions
Water Quality Management:
Conduct and interpret water quality tests throughout the treatment process
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
Optimize chemical dosing for pre-treatment and post-treatment processes
Process Optimization:
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in system performance
Implement and test process modifications to enhance efficiency and water quality
Collaborate with engineers and management on plant upgrade projects
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and water quality results
Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards
Team Leadership:
Mentor junior operators in UF, RO, and TSE polishing techniques
Participate in cross-functional teams for plant-wide improvement projects
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to and promote safety protocols and environmental regulations
Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in UF, RO, and TSE polishing operations
Advanced water treatment certification (level dependent on local requirements)
In-depth knowledge of membrane filtration principles and troubleshooting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency situations
