We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in CCTV, Fire Protection, and Fire Fighting systems to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of these critical safety systems on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You will lead a team of technicians, monitor project progress, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems, fire protection, and fire fighting systems on-site.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring they follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that installations and systems are operating correctly and meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV, fire protection, and fire fighting systems as needed.
• Review and approve work plans, safety plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, material requisitions, and incident reports.
• Conduct safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment for all staff on-site.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role with expertise in CCTV, Fire Protection, and Fire Fighting systems.
• In-depth knowledge of installation, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and associated equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, codes, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.).
• Experience in conducting site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and site management software.
• Fire Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or Fire Fighting Certification is a plus.
• Candidate must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC
