We are Civil & Electromechanical Company, and required for Site Architect who can join immediately with the following requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction on-site to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality of work, and ensure compliance with architectural plans, safety standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team to address design issues or adjustments required during the project.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, sketches, and documentation as required throughout the construction process.

* with transferrable Visa/NOC or with own Visa
* with minimum 2-3 years experience
* with experience in high rise buildings/ palaces
* available in Qatar/ Local Hire Only
