Duration: 7 months and extendable
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. The position requires a strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise architectural activities on-site to ensure the execution of project plans and designs in alignment with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with design.
- Oversee the resolution of any design or structural issues that arise during construction.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as per project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of architectural milestones.
- Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings to provide updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and architectural design
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 7 months
